Dia de los Muertos is a Mexican tradition that New Mexico has adopted and kept alive. They are days filled with memories, good company, vibrant colors and mouthwatering food made in honor of those who have passed on. Our cooking class, celebrating Dia de los Muertos will be no different! The evenings menu will feature Red and Green Chiles that every New Mexican knows are to die for; to satisfy your undying hunger, a savory Eskeleto Pie filled with your choice of Carne Adovada, Chicken, Green Chile, Cheese, and More. As well as Sugar Skulls that are great for your taste buds or decorating any space; Pan de Muerto that any ancestor would love to have at their altar. For dessert, Buñuelos that will leave you thinking you’ve died and gone to heaven!
