SOLD OUT! Everything but the Turkey!

In the spirit of thankfulness and giving, our Everything but the Turkey class will be the first in our series of Cooking for Good. A portion of this classes proceeds will be going to the All Faiths Children’s Advocacy Center; which means when you sign up for this class, not only will you be helping improve your cooking skills but you’ll also be helping to improve the life of a child. Do you struggle every year trying to find the most delicious, traditionally different side dish recipes for your Thanksgiving meal? Our Everything but the Turkey class is here to ease your struggle while encouraging you to have fun in the kitchen! While this course won’t be focused on the cooking of a perfectly golden turkey, we will provide a fresh cooked turkey and a Cranberry Baked Brie to enjoy with all the sides you will prepare throughout the evening. Sides will include: an Arugula Salad with figs, prosciutto, walnuts and parmesan or grapes, fennel, gorgonzola and pecans that can replace the every day salads we often find on our Thanksgiving tables. Bacon Wrapped Green Bean Bundles that will fit any Thanksgiving aesthetic you had in mind; Cinnamon Butter Baked Carrots, because you don’t think we could leave out a classic recipe with cinnamon, did you? For a twist on traditional stuffing, we will be making Stuffin Muffins that are cute and small enough to make you forget how stuffed you are yourself; a Twice Baked Acorn Squash with Maple Butter and Pecans that feels traditional but is filled with small unique intricacies. A White Cheddar Cauliflower Gratin to satisfy your full flavored desires without feeling weighed down; a Bourbon Sweet Potato Casserole with Sweet and Savory Bacon to help ease the pain of family gatherings. Lastly, for a new way of eating cranberries we’ll be featuring the pinnacle of unique Thanksgiving desserts with our Cranberry Tart.
