Forget what you think you know about pies, because just like us, pies can come in all different shapes, sizes, and types. To begin your evening there will be a prepared Spanokopita that is not in its traditionally rolled form, but rather layered in a pie plate to ensure a full and light flavor. You will be making a beef Shepherd’s Pie that is decadently layered with a mashed potato crust and fit for royalty. During the course of this class, you will be learning how to make your own pie crusts which are so flaky and buttery, Martha Stewart herself would be proud. With these pie crusts you will be making and taking home your choice of an ageless apple pie, a perfect pumpkin pie, or a charming cherry pie. To draw the evening to a close our head chef will be baking a mystery pie for dessert that only those in attendance will have the privilege of unveiling.
