Celebrate Mom! Afternoon High Tea Friday, May 12th

Celebrate your Mother, Mom, Mama, Ma, Ama, Mommy, mom-mom-mom, Grandmother, Yiayia, Nana, Auntie, Sis, Bestie, or all of the above at Cinnamon Cafe’s Afternoon High Tea

Start with a Lavender mimosa, and then enjoy lovely teas from Figments Tea Shop.  ‘Lavender Butterfly’ , a green tea with lavender petals, reminiscent of spring morning in the garden, a decaf ‘Midnight Blue’, blue lavender, cornflower, rose petals, and lemongrass that produce a pale cup that is fragrant and calming.

First tier: Cucumber Sandwiches with Herbed Cream Cheese, Egg salad & Watercress Sandwiches, a peppery Arugula Salad in a lemon viniagrette

Second tier: Lemon & Lavender Scones with house made Lemon Curd, Cream Scones with house made Devonshire cream and raspberry preserves

Third tier:  Lemon Glazed Lavender Shortbread, Fresh Berries & whipped cream
