About Cinnamon Sugar & Spice Cafe

Welcome to Cinnamon Cafe!  I get asked alot about how this all came to be.  And that’s easy….It all started with my very first Easy Bake Oven…..Let’s face it, you haven’t really lived unless you’ve burned yourself on a hot lightbulb….but I digress. 😉  (Some of you aren’t going to understand that)  I worked at my parents restaurant for some time, then decided I needed to see a little more of the world.  Eventually I came back to New Mexico and opened a small cafe in the Alb/Bern County Government Center in 2023.  The rest is history!

Here we are in 2026.  The new normal in the restaurant business is well, anything BUT normal.  Rest assured we have tried very hard to keep the same quality of food that we’ve always had, and that is definately a challenge.  We are so grateful for all of our regulars, and our irregulars…you know who you are! LOL  You make our day with your smiling faces, patience, and kindness.  We wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for you!
