It’s Tamale time! In this class we will make savory and sweet tamales. Red chile from the pods, and green chile sauce. Our savory tamales include pork with red chile, or chicken and cheese. Our sweet tamales will include pineapple and pecans, or strawberry. Each participant will make 1/2 dozen tamales of their choice.
